Shipping policy

All quilt orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day. Our quilts are vacuum-packed for compact shipping. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. Shipping fees calculate automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping.

International buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees and local taxes, which may be collected upon delivery. We provide tracking numbers once items ship. Please double-check your shipping address; we are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses. If your package arrives damaged, submit photos within 48 hours of delivery for support. Lost packages must be reported within 15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be delayed by carrier or customs issues.
